convenient bus stop well designed room satisfying selection
i found a bus stop conveniently located right outside the hotel it made getting to temples easy the room was well designed i also appreciated the mix of japanese and western items at breakfast there was a satisfying selection.
the hotel only cleaned rooms every three days this was slightly inconvenient

convenient location japanese bath kind staff
this hotel really shined! the location was super convenient with a bus stop right outside. plus, i really appreciated the on-site public japanese-style bath. the staff was kind and always ready to help.
the absence of internet tv app options was a slight letdown for evening entertainment. it would have been a nice addition to wind down after a day of exploring.

nice onsen good shampoo convenient location
i found the onsen on the first floor especially nice. it had good shampoo and conditioner. location was very convenient because i easily catched a bus just in front of the building. it took me straight to the train station.

Acceptable, but Some Issues with Service and Room Maintenance
unhelpful staff constant rattle
The staff seemed unwilling to assist with simple requests. I asked for change for the laundry, but they said they had none? Then, when the machine malfunctioned, they refunded me with the same coins. Also a constant rattling sound kept me awake, it was really annoying. I never figured out where it was coming from.

japanese bath cleaned bath clean rooms unsupportive staff inflexible staff food refills
the rooms was very clean. the japanese bath was very good, it was big and cleaned. it opened until 1:00 am.
the staff wasn't exactly supportive. they don't refill food at breakfast if something finishes. for example they run out of eggs, staff said they did not have any left. there is no area to sit in the reception over breakfast time.

great onsen perfect location good soba
the onsen was such a treat! it was the perfect way to unwind after exploring. the location is awesome! it was easy to get around because of the nearby transportation and i found a great soba place just around the corner too!
The tv couldn't be moved in my room. This made it hard to watch from the bed.
